Meet Rositza Mladenova, the driving force behind Rossie Phoenix Patents. As the Founder and Principal Patent Practitioner, Rositza is a USPTO-registered patent agent, Bulgarian Patent Attorney, and chemist with expertise in chemical, pharmaceutical, and material science inventions. With a wealth of experience and specialized knowledge, she leads our team in delivering high-quality patent services tailored to each client's unique needs.
Rossie holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law (Cardozo School of Law, NY), a J. D. (Veliko Tarnovo University, Bulgaria), and dual degrees in Chemistry (Sofia University, Bulgaria).
Rossie brings over a decade of experience representing independent inventors, international intellectual property firms, and companies working across a wide range of technologies. In addition to serving her own clients, she provides overflow support to law firms and corporate legal departments—drafting applications, preparing Office action responses, and managing international filings.
